This autumn, the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board (OWEB)  has made changes to the grant application process. The changes for grant applicants are as follows:

• There will be an increase per grant from $15,000 to $20,000
• Any organization can apply as long as they meet eligibility
• All of Umatilla County will have an eligible funding pool
