Project Description: This project proposes to perform a feasibility study, taking the 10% NRCS designs from Reith to Highway 204. This study will also combine CTUIR's Umatilla River Assessment and Action Plan to achieve multi-benefit designs that will balance habitat protection and flood protection, allowing additional FEMA funding in the future for 100% design and construction.
